big problems ready to pull hajr out

part of problem still exist from my visit he, connections and timing out. now he is a couple more that have come along to make me madder. this a copy of what they are: There is a network problem that is preventing you from reaching the game server.
If you know how to use traceroute, you can try to find where the problem in the network is.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
i have xp, dsl verizon internet,belkin router for secon computer
i reinstalled firefox

If so, did you give Firefox permission to access the internet?

There are few clues in your post as to what the problem is. You say connections and timing out, but then you write about Firefox permitted to access the web. Not much to go on with.
