The usual fix is to perform the XP REPAIR INSTALL (see google.com on those exact words.)
SYSTEM RESTORE is not the right tool for this.

Ok, So heres the deal. I tried to install a trial version of Vista to see if I would like it or not. There were not many trial versions out there and Im not really sure at this point if they really were trial versions. But I tried a few to no reward. Finally I got something that actually started to install. But when It took me to the boot menu, the whole menu was in spanish. Im not anywhere close to fluent in spanish but this is as far as it will let me go. I tried to pop in my Windows XP recovery CD but everytime I restart my computer it takes me right back to the Spanish Boot menu. So my question is basically how do I fix this. Is there a way to Go in and find the partial install of Vista and Delete it? I tried System restore to a point 3 months ago but it wont let me do that either. So Please help, thanks alot
