Big gun bust in Toronto today. 30 hand guns smuggled across

Mar 11, 2010 7:32AM PST

the border in exchange for drugs (what kind of drugs they didn't say). Several people arrested, but the main guy has been doing this, and collecting bullet wounds since 1991. Ringleader is a bulky, dangerous looking white guy well known to the police and to the Prison system. Apparently he was picking up the guns brought to Windsor from sources in Kentucky.

This is just a news report, there is no agenda or ulterior motive.

The discrepancy in numbers of guns is due to the current seizure not including weapons seized in other arrests.

dealers, illegally importing guns. If somebody was illegally importing guns into the United States, would you be cheerful, or would you opt for law and order and the arrest and prosecution of former felons accused again of criminal activity?

You baffle me James, you really do.

This is a tough one. I think there's not much doubt demand will influence the supply more than vice versa. So how do we fix this if we won't fight it on both fronts.
