Big Brother is listening ?

If G-man could listen on cell phones with old laws, then with new laws out he could set up system to track them all ? Are cell phone privet ? Is there a way to block Big Brother from listening in ?

People that ask ''is big brother listening?'' always make me wonder if they are doing something wrong. And should ''big brother'' be listening? If you are not doing anything wrong, who cares. I don't. They can listen to me all day. If it keeps this country safe, I'm all for it.
