That means that either the download contains a virus or your antivirus finds a false positive. Without more details all I can say is: send the file to virustotal.com for a second opinion.

I went to the Biblioexpress web site and found a number of files available to download, but only one BIblioExpress, so I downloaded that;
http://www.biblioscape.com/download_old.htm

Tested with my own ZoneAlarm anti-virus and it came up clean.

I then uploaded the file to two different Virus Check Online web sites and tested, and they both also came up clean. Results below;

Virus Total;
http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=dfaa9896faacccc223f84c9df6af9780866ec384b771485abdbcdf20daf90e7e-1293243646

Jotti's Virsscan;

So, can you tell us which anti-virus you use and the message it gives? It looks like a "False Positive".
