Beware of jotform, not reliable!

by kandinsky12345 / April 17, 2014 2:48 PM PDT

I have spent days n hours creating my forms for two websites one for education and the other is a pet website. I created only contact forms, registration forms for courses n a password request form (only one for registration purposes). For no good reason, they blocked my forms as their automated system suspects phishing. My websites do not experience heavy traffic so this lapse in their system did not cause much damage. But can you imagine if the website is high on traffic with customers constantly filing in those forms, wouldn't blocking forms at their will be disastrous for the business? If anyone is looking for a free form builder, stay away from jotform as I deem the system as unstable n unreliable. Go for something like google docs which is more reliable.

They have unblocked my forms
by kandinsky12345 / April 23, 2014 4:20 PM PDT

To be fair to them they unblocked my forms the next day. I think it has something to do with their anti-phishing system which automatically blocks forms based on keywords you type into the forms. What happens in future has yet to be known. Think they deserve a second chance. I will monitor the situation from here and keep you guys posted if it happens again.

As I told you always worked nicely for me, so I ended up asking the question regarding this form. I will also be watching.
