Beware Cablevision/Optimum Online: Poor Service

If you're thinking of subscribing to Cablevision/Optimum online service (http://www.cablevision.com), run -- don't walk -- for another cable provider.

For nearly a year, this company has repeatedly screwed up my bill for Internet phone, TV and cable, in their favor, and repeatedly made broken promises to make things right.

Bottom line: if you want to spend two hours a month on the phone with this company straightening out their relentless incompetence, Cablevision/Optimum Online is the company for you.
