Question

Better PIM or smaller CRM?

Hi folks,
could you somebody advise some software for managing contacts?
I would like manage meetings/telephone calls etc. either with it.

The must is recording of notices from appointments and calls - so every call or appointment need have own notice attached to its relevant contact (with mentioned date of realization). So some type of "log" of meetings, appointments, calls.

I would like application to run on desktop (on w7) and to have ability to make possible translation of UI to my language (i.e. "international" feature)

Thanks very

https://www.google.com/search?q=free+crm and other searches do not find one that nails what you asked for.

We get spammers aplenty for this area so anyone that posts a direct link to a product is usually a spammer.

Now I did see a similar system in the past but the user soon learned that recording it all resulted in far too much data for them to manage. They soon spiraled out of control and lost it all time and time again.

My favourite is the CRM because CRM system adds major enhancements over a PIM.
1.There is one database,in which customer have the rigts.
2. Everyone on the same page with the customers.
3. You have an ability to grow a core information system about customers and prospects.
