Best Xbox One settings for tx37lzd80

Hi could anyone recommend there settings for the panasonic tx37lzd80 for using with the xbox one. The xbox one on board calibration really sucks. And I just can't seem to get a good balance with the contrast and brightness. Games will ask me to adjust brightness till an image is barely visible. But I turn the brightness In game all the way down and it's still there?. This tv is great! Seems to work fine with pc gaming no issues at all. But xbox is hit and miss thanks
