Question

Best way to seamlessly stream photos on multiple TV's?

Apr 7, 2015 6:34AM PDT

Hi All,

My office is interested in purchasing 6 Samsung Smart TV's to hang as displays throughout the office. These displays would primarily be used to stream images or PDF's about our company. The TV's will all be on the same internet network, and located within 250ft of each other. What potential solutions would meet the following three requirements?

1. Must be able to stream HD quality photos (.png,.GIF,.jpeg) wirelessly to each TV in a rotating manner.

2. Minimal set up required, ideally when we come into the office in the morning we can just turn on the TV and a screensaver function will allow for these rotating photos to be streamed.

3. The streaming content must be manageable from a browser or mobile app.

Really looking for any suggestions. I've looked into Flickr Smart TV App for Samsung and that is the closest I could find, downside is the setup required to get the content streaming each morning. I have not been able to find a screensaver that meets our requirements, and the screen mirroring function doesn't work for multiple TV's.

Thanks!

The Consumer models have to check in with Samsung's services to do this. Unless we consider other small display modules to plug into the HDMI port.

Samsung has a DIGITAL SIGNAGE division with models made to do what you asked.
