Best Way To Burn A CDR From Commercial CD'S and WAVE

I want to burn a CRD from several commercial CD'S that I bought and from some WAVE songs that I have. Can I mix them together to make a CDR? Should I convert them to MP3 first? What is the best file type as far as sound quality to place onto a custom made CDR?

wave on HD with EAC or CDex and then burn to cdr with your burning program.
