I have asked about 10 local people and it seems like each one of them has a different opinion as I'm sure it will on here but I'm thinking the people here probably know a lot more that they do. And only a very few even use a Canon lens. It's mostly Tamron.

Not possible

It would not be possible to buy let alone make a single lens that would cover more range than 18-300mm and be good in low light. Such a lens would be HUGE and probably cost thousands.

The single lens with the most zoom range is the Tamron 18-270mm f/3.5-6. It is not any better in low light than either of your current lenses, and its optical performance is also sub-par:

Stick with the two lenses you have. The 18-55mm is quite good, and should be your walk-around lens.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
