Can anyone tell me which UK based broadband ISP is most reliable?

I've been with Aol for the past 5 years and I've never had a problem with them. Other people I have spoken to have also recommended them as they have had no problems.

I use Bt broadband and have'nt had any problems,however if you do have something you have to call up about,then be prepared to be on the phone for over an hour.

Stay clear of Orange. Check "Orange.Problems" to see the reasons why. I am leaving as soon as my contract is up as I have had problems for nearly a year - the call centre is in India so it costs and arm and a leg to contact them.
