Question

Best TV for $1000

Jan 1, 2014 8:14AM PST

Hi, I am looking to purchase a new tv (upgrade from four year old 32" LG). The room I will have the TV in is very bright and I would like to buy locally which eliminates the ST60. The three sets I am looking at are Vizio M1d-A2R, Sharp LE650, and Vizio E601i-A3. I don't really care about the smart part of the tv or the 3D. Im looking to pay around $1,000. Im just curious if the M-series picture quality is better than the other two and worth the downgrade in size? Between the LE650 and E601i the later is $100 cheaper but i see the LE650 gets a better review from you. Of the three sets which would you recommend? We sit 10' or more from out TV. Also with CES coming up would you recommend waiting? Thanks in advance for your advice.
