Best still camera ~$200 with HD video capability

From the research I've done so far it looks like the Canon Powershot SD780 and the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290 are both pretty good, but I'm definitely open to suggestions/articles/reviews, etc.

Also, I'd like to keep it small.. something that will fit in my pocket if possible.

HD video and $200

That is not going to be a very big list.
HD video requires a high speed processor in the camera.
Not many fall under $200.
