Almost none.

There's too little power on USB ports to let anyone claim "best sounding." We may have to settle for it just working.

Well At Present

Well at present, I'm using my Bose System as my computer speakers for my desk top computer and was wondering if there would be any problems hooking my netbook up to that to use as the speakers.
I have these rechargeable Tweakers speakers that sound GREAT
that I use for my lap top but I'd rather have something that doesn't
need recharging.

That's a subjective question

That's a subjective question. Ask 50 different people to rate speakers, and you'll probably get 50 different opinions.

Test some out for yourself, pick whichever one sounds best to YOU, because YOU are the one who will be listening to them most.
