What you need is a free DAW.

Many free ones out there (Google). With these you can record multiple tracks, mix and burn to cd. I'm a bit busy at the moment, but I'll get back to you with some examples.

Check out Ableton live lite 9, Linux Multi Media Studio for windows,, and Studio one free. A good place to get beats/instrument loops is Looperman. The above software is like a recording studio with full mixing, effects, reverb and so on. Enjoy!
