I have tried tweaktv.com but site appears to be down. I will take an advice out there. Just looking for the best picture possible.

Try the Disney calibration DVD or BR. It's widely discussed (calibration discs) so I stop here.

Answer
depends on who supplies the TV signal

I bought one of those cheap $148 Vizio's while I was in Florida the past 4 months (now back in Maryland) and tried on cable, then on open broadcast and noticed there was a color rendering difference between the two sources. So, it's really up to what you like best and if you do both antenna and cable TV at the same time, the "dumb" Vizion version doesn't keep color settings (that I could determine) between the two suppliers of signal, but maybe the more expensive "smart TV" does. I passed on that version since it was $50 more and I intended to leave the TV there when I left anyway.
