best picture settings for Sharp Aquos LC50LE650U ??

I recently purchased a Sharp Aquos LC-50LE650U (50 inch LED, 1080p, 120 Hz) -- I'm having a hard time figuring out the best picture setting for it and could use some help -- when I first set it up I had it in Dynamic mode, but it got to be a little too bright, so I switched to Movie mode -- it seems to be a bit better, but I still think I can tweak it to make the picture better.
