Best Kept Secret in MP3 Players- Lexar's Best

Oct 4, 2005 7:02AM PDT

Hi everyone, just thought I would help out by letting you in on a cool MP3 player I had never heard of that I just found out about last night. Here's the Amazon link:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000AMO2HU/qid=1128385852/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl23/102-7312241-1197747?v=glance&s=electronics&n=507846

If you don't feel like reading through all of the specs, let me hit the high points for you: 512 Megs of flash memory, upgradeable through SD card slot, your choice of 7 different backlight colors, an LCD (albeit small) screen, unlike a certain competitor, and, best of all, A BUILT-IN FM TRANSMITTER. If you are considering an iPod shuffle, I would strongly urge you to get this instead.

Hope this helps someone.

ok, sorry to break you balls, but theres gotta be about.... 20? yeah, prolly 20 different mp3 players that do all this and more, cheaper, and probably smaller. check the mp3 player reviews here. you'll see them. did i miss something though? i mean, does it play movies? because there are those, just to let you know.

Which other mp3 players have built-in FM transmitters, FM receivers, and FM recorders?

Just about all of em!!!!

If you research flash players for 5 minutes you will find AT LEAST 10 to 20 players that have those and more (including voice recording, photo playback, bigger screens, longer battery life, and much more). Just look around a bit.

FM TRANSMITTER?

We're talking about an FM Transmitter, so that you can wirelessly connect it to your car stereo. Not an FM receiver. Can you point me to any other MP3 players that have that? They are available as a separate device, but I haven't seen any other mp3 players that have that built in.
