Note : I saw some people reviewing MSI card are too loud and hot ? is that true ?
4) GeForce® GTX 1060 Super JetStream Product link :
Note : In my country there are no many people use this card to gaming so i dont have any good review about it Sad . Any review?

As to which one you'll have to read the reviews and make a choice.

Why such a small psu?

If you compare one RX580 to another, as in same GPU from maker to maker I rarely find much difference except in noise production. Check reviews to see if anyone wrote about fan or such noise. Can be a killer problem area for folk that hate noisy PCs.

Hi guys , thank you all for the replies above . I really appreciated it
So i have come a result :
1 )  AORUS Radeon™ RX580 8G
Product link :
This is gonna be on 1st list cause it's cheap , and some people really used this AORUS version as the XTR run all out in our country caused by the miner  . Still i really like this one , looks good , stable and strong too ( i watched a lot benchmark and game test of this on youtube )

2) MSI Radeon RX580 Gaming X+ 8GB
Product link :
I just founded this one from my friend , he using this card about 2 months ago . I came by and check out , all the things a thought on MSI card eg : loud , hot .. are all BS . I find it really smoothly and good looking too  . Also very strong and good for gaming . But the problem is the MSI are 45~55$ more expensive in my country .

So which one should i pick ? Thank you for helping Happy

If you go with that card you're going to be pushing that small psu quite hard.
You're call.

Looks to be working hard. Be sure to keep an eye out for the usual signs you've gone too far. BSODs, rebooting at start or under load.
