There are very few digital cameras that have a flash rated for 20 feet.
Of that few, the least expensive costs $300.
The Konica Minolta Z2.

I am seeking some advice, the camera would have to do the following:
1. Take under 1 megapixel pictures
2. Have a outstanding flash that can capture 20+ feet out in pitch-black lighting conditions, and not damage details.
3. Be in the $100.00 range, but would consider spending a bit more.
4. Use any of the standard memory cards.
We need to keep it inexpensive, our current digitals are on their way out, and we have a 5 mp camera that takes great pictures, and has a great flash, but it is not budgetable to buy several of these for our employees use.
