That are a lot of different questions:
1. What is the best e-mail provider?
2. What is the most secure e-mail provider?
3. What is the best way to access and that mail (pop3 or imap-client, webmail, Exchange protocol)
4. What is the most secure way to access and that mail (pop3 or imap-client, webmail, Exchange protocol)
5. What is the best pop3 or imap client?
6. What is the secure pop3 or imap client?
7. What is the best browser to use for webmail?
8. What is the most secure browser to use for webmail?
9. Is MS Outlook a good and secure program to access an MS Exchange server?
10. What is the best host for hosted Exchange?
11. What is the most secure host for hosted Exchange?

And, curiously enough, none of those 11 questions have to do with Windows 10.

Outlook in my opinion
Jul 15, 2016 8:13AM PDT

Hello,

I have been using Outlook for over a year now and can say that i have nothing but success. The new Outlook is a friendlier look and a little easier to navigate through. If you are using Outlook on your cellphone i can assure you it is very simplified. Microsoft Outlook and Exchange basically go hand in hand to my knowledge.

Now, as far as email providers go, i would recommend a gmail account. Gmail has a very good spam filtering system as compared to Yahoo. So if you have a gmail account, continue to use that but merge it with Outlook.

the best email program is the one that works for you. it would be better for you just to try the different ones and see which one you like the best.

Personally, I don't use any. I read and store all my emails online. This way I don't have to worry about computer crashes, importing/exporting with new computers, and am able to read them no matter the computer or device I am on.
