Best DVD Ripper?

which is the best dvd ripper available in the market? (cost is not a problem)..i am looking for a software with which i can rip movies in very good quality and in smaller size.legality is not a problem.

Easy DVD is good...
Easy DVD is one of the best options available and is just $30 with a 7-day/10% free trial. Note, though, that it will not circumvent copy protection...that is illegal and anything illegal is most definitely a problem.

if you are willing to give linux a try...

dvd::rip. It costs nothing, but you have to be willing to learn to install and use a new operating system, which also costs nothing but time.

It will not decrypt DVDs by itself.
