Best digital camera for short video and international use?

Hi. I'd like a reasonably priced Digicam for use in a project. I'd liek to use it internationally too and would like something with good picture quality and with a good short video clip capability. I'm thinking of the FujiFilm finePix F700 or the CASIO Exilim EX-Z750. I'd like the images to be emailed, posted on the web and in vlogs.

Please advise on what you think is the best for this purpose or if there are others. My key considerations, reasonable price range, features and something that can easily be used anywhere in the world (as I want to blog during visits).

Thanks so very much!

The F700 (brought out in Feb of 2003) was replaced with the F710 in Feb of 2004.

The Casio Z750 was replaced with the Z850, but I would advise against the Z850. There are some unresolved video problems with the Z850.

If you are planning to upload video clips, I assume that you are aware that even very short video clips produce a large file.
You will need a broadband connection to upload video clips. And most email services will not let you email files of that size.

Thanks. I know this is a challenge..so are there any other cameras you'd recommend instead? I assume to F710 isn't so bad?

The Fujifilm F710 will be OK for video, but I doubt that you can find a new one.

You should consider the Fujifilm F30.
It sells for about $275, but Fujifilm has a $50 rebate which goes until the end of this month.

Here is a review of the F30:
