I have not seen a review of the Kodak V803 yet.
But their cameras in that price range have been good.
If you can find a Canon SD600, it would be an excellent choice. Good reviews on the SD600.
Here is a look at their specifications:
I have a reflex Olympus E-500 but I need a second camera that I'll use when I go hiking, etc. so it has to fit in the pocket of a camelback. I don't need pro quality but a decent camera that is well buit, with no need for any manual controls (it will also be used by people who doesn't know anything about photography), performs decently in terms of picture quality, speed, etc has nice battery life (ion lithium, no AA), writes SDs and takes photos of at least 4 or 5 mpx. I plan on spending 150
