best Camera with swivel LCD display??

all I know of is Nikon s4, cannon s3 IS, and cannon a640 (and a630).

any others?

may i ask: how long does it take for the photo to actually take? I hate the delay!! also: anyone know how bad the canon a640 and nikon are about image stabilization? are they hyper sensitive or OK?

any suggestions would be super helpful!!!!! I'm lost...

Nikon S4 - 0.5 second
Canon S3 IS - 0.5 second
Canon A630/640 - 0.3 second

I don't understand your question about image stabilization.
