I now have the Echo and now the Dot.

The Echo was put out in the common area but I missed having one in my office. Since I have a nice set of speakers, I now have the Dot in my office.

Why I share is that a few folk asked if you can have more than one. Yes, you can.

though in a previous post, I said I didn't need another but I have a space open in case an echo clone is released that also includes voice calling. thought the nucleus was going to be it until I read you can do skype calls but only to another who has a nucleus device.

I've not found any diff from Echo to Dot.

The Echo was unplugged and the Dot still worked.

As to Skype, I haven't tried that.
