Best built-in Recording Feature...

Jan 26, 2005 2:05PM PST

Hey,
I'm looking to buy a micro-hard drive bases mp3 player, and right now it is between the Ipod mini, creative zen micro, and the Rio carbon. One of the deciding factors on this would be the recording feature. I know that the Rio carbon and the micro record as WAV, something I think may be a problem. I also know that the Mini does not have a recording function as an accesory. I was wondering if the mics on the micro and the carbon can easily pickup say a lecture in class?

If not, are there any players that have a good recorder feature? Thanks.
