Best budget laptonp among dell and toshiba

by inferno_3 / October 31, 2010 9:22 PM PDT

Hi,

I'm confused in buying a laptop. Either to go for Dell Inspiron 14 R or Toshiba Satellite C650.

Which one could be more reliable and worthy..?

I will be using it for learning oracle, informatica(a data integration tool). This is for learning purpose only not for any kind of business.

Especially NOT for gaming.
