Best bet!

Stop buying cameras from Canon. They are one of the most frequently returned cameras. Your lucky not to have gone through the E-18 error syndrome. Their DSLRs are not much better and they have poor lenes that also jam. Very disturbing if you've paid 3G for it.

Stop Buying Canon

I refuse to buy anything by Canon! Not just camera gear. I experienced extremely poor customer service on numerous occasions. I was charged $55.00 to return their product which didn't work. In an effort to cut their costs, many Canon items no longer come with a manual. They only provide a web URL or a CD rom and then require YOU to print a hard copy.
