Question

Best bargain gaming laptop for youth 12 and under?

Apr 20, 2017 4:42PM PDT

Hoping to gain some insight into how to choose a gaming laptop for my children to use. I would like them to get good use of it for a few years with out much failure. I know that this topic can be a bit opinion based so I do appreciate any information offered.

12 & under + laptop = trouble

No way would I buy a laptop for kids to play on. Anything portable will have a short lifespan. Do the kids really need to have a mobile computer to run around with? I'd get a desktop instead. More performance for the money, bigger screen, and much, better possibility of a long lifespan. And if something does go wrong, they're easy to fix. Additionally, you'll know where the kids are...
Sorry, but I've seen too many laptops that have had "accidents".

The Dell’s latest i5 7559 is perhaps best multipurpose 15″ notebook and is suitable to meet the needs of the widest possible variety of customers. It is powered by 6th generation intel core i5 processor, Nvidia GTX 960M graphics card with 4GB of GDDR5 memory, 8GB of RAM, 1TB hard drive and 8GB M.2 SSD.It costs only 800$ and it’s hard to find a laptop with specifications like this in this price.
