If plasma is a consideration, often times those are less dollar-per-inch than LCD technology. At this point, I can't make recommendations on which is "best for the buck", since that is subjective to opinion and personal analysis. But per inch, plasma is cheaper and does offer a great picture.
So I'm looking to get a new TV. Whats the best bang for the buck? Is plasma the way to go as far as price vs. performance? The new LEDs are nice, but 3k for a TV is just not an option. I need to keep this under $2000. Its for a living room, we sit about 13 feet from the screen. I was thinking something in the 54-58" range would be best.
Thanks for all the help.
