Honestly the anti glare screen protectors don't work to well, the way I have avoided screen glare is by using a case that adjusts to many different angles so that if there is glare I can just adjust it slightly to a different angle and the glare is gone. This iPad case is called the Case Prodigy and it allows you to adjust to 6 different angles by using its magnetic kickstand.
I usually opt for adjusting lighting if possible, or finding a different angle that works. Even the higher quality 3M products for iPad, etc. aren't always desirable screen protectors/glare reducers. YMMV.
There are many options available in market for anti glare screen for iPad Air ---- Ionic Apple iPad 5 iPad Air Screen Protector Film Matte(Anti-Glare) is one of them. Others are Zagg InvisibleSHIELD Series Screen Protectors, Spigen SGP GLAS.tR Screen Protector, IVisor AG- Anti-glare Screen Protector for iPad Air- Black. You can try any one of them, which suits your budget.
