best affordable bluetooth & noise cancelling headphones

I have been doing research via this site & other sites trying to find the best "affordable" over the ear headphones that are both Bluetooth & Noise Cancelling. So far the Plantronics & the Samsung look appealing but need advice from ppl on these forums who have heard about their performance or have had them.

My thought on this.

If a review doesn't convince me I now stick to Amazon Prime units from the best sellers on Amazon. That way if I don't like it, it goes back without me paying shipping or a return charge.

Did the Cowen get in the top 100 at least on Amazon?

Many headphones have Bluetooth features but they are not noise cancelling, so which type of Headphones you want to buy online like In-ear, On-ear and Over-Ear Headphones.
Mostly Over-Ear Headphones are large in size but they are more comfortable and offers noise isolation features with high quality of sound.
Personally I will suggest Sony MDR-, Bose QuietComfort and Sennheiser Momentum are the best options for all types of activities.
