Since a router has had a natural firewall for over a decade, adding another firewall only resulted in support calls. I agree that moving back to the firewall that was always there was a good idea for consumers.

Also, I have yet to find a router that didn't allow me to set the DNS that would be handed out with DHCP. Even if that didn't happen I could set the DNS on my PC or other device so this is not a worry for me.

For my home I have the Archer C9. Seems very nice and stable.
