The Yoga models are typical in this sort or request. As to improvements, until we see them hit the outlets, how will we know?
Also, improvements are incremental, not ground breaking.
I am considering buying a 2-in-1 Laptop because I love being able to use my laptop with my fingers.
I currently own an Acer R11 that has a 360 hinge, so I can spin it around and use in a tent style or something like that. I really like this but it is not needed.
With my laptop I plan to do things like video producing/editing or gaming and simpler tasks like web-browsing or video-streaming.
Does anyone know any good Windows 10 Laptops that would be like this? Here is some of my criteria in order of importance:
-less than $1000 (my budget sits around $800-$900)
-SSD storage (maybe 512 GB to 1TB)
-4-8 GB RAM
-good battery-life
-small/portable (less than 14", under 3 lbs)
I am flexible for any of these. These are simply the base "wants" for the laptop I will purchase. I know that there is not a laptop that will be exactly perfect for all my needs.
I have been checking out the Lenovo YOGA laptops. They seem to fit my wants really well. However, I am very new to laptops, so I am not very good at choosing. There are so many! I was thinking about getting the Lenovo 530 when it comes out this year or the Lenovo 730 13" coming this month. Do these models improve enough on previous models for the purchase to be worthy? Or are one of the earlier YOGAs better?
Thank you!
