Berg Lawsuit Against Obama Dismissed in Blatant Anti-America

by James Denison / October 26, 2008 2:12 AM PDT

court ruling by Judge Surrick. Basically, We the American people won't be injured until and unless he's elected, then a court case would have standing. What we actually have is a Federal Judge who has abandoned the Constitution in this ruling. Impeachment proceedings against this judge should be initiated immediately by Congress, but since the Democrats are in control of that and have also shown a long standing penchant for abandonment of the Constitution, I doubt that will occur. Soon the signs will read "Welcome to AmeriKa".

What this means is that our Federal courts do not consider a possible fraudulent filing for the office of U.S. President, possible fraudulent campaign for President and possible fraudulent taking of the oath of office, and stepping into the Oval Office as an ?injury? to the people of this country. That?s the bottom line. Until an unqualified person actually takes the office, ?we the people? have not been injured.

So who does have standing, Schrieber asks?: ?According to the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, that?s completely up to Congress to decide.?

Until Barack proves he's eligible to be President
by James Denison / October 26, 2008 2:20 AM PDT

If he's elected and allowed to hold office I will refer to him as Presidential Pretender Obama, or at times our Fake President Obama.
He MUST prove his eligibility or be considered ineligible by me and a huge part of the electorate. As for the stupid judge who doesn't understand the Constitution was written for We the People and not We the Congress, perhaps it's time to closely examine all his history and rulings on the bench. He's probably made some real boners in the past as he just did this Friday.

Acting as he was educated in law school

Volunteer nothing. Never admit a mistake or that you did anything wrong. An accused doesn't have to prove anything. That's the responsibility of the accuser.

Didn't some of us learn as little kids to always tell the truth...to obey our conscience and come forward when we knew we'd done something wrong? How many little kids are taught that today? Few, I have to think. As adults we are told by our auto insurance companies that, if we know we've caused an accident, do NOT admit it. This is all thanks to our lawyers and legal system, IMO. Personal integrity is no longer an asset. Sad

Without Valid Birth Cert Obama is...

Never thought it had a chance.

What about this:

Recently FactCheck representatives got a chance to spend some time with the birth certificate, and we can attest to the fact that it is real and three-dimensional and resides at the Obama headquarters in Chicago. We can assure readers that the certificate does bear a raised seal, and that it's stamped on the back by Hawaii state registrar Alvin T. Onaka (who uses a signature stamp rather than signing individual birth certificates). We even brought home a few photographs.
Don't think I've seen an answer to it.

He proved it, James
by Josh K / October 27, 2008 2:31 AM PDT

You don't think the DNC checked?

Let me remind you that in the American legal system, the burden of proof is on the prosecution, not the defense. Therefore the onus is on Berg to prove his claim. He says he has proof and he keeps saying he'll release it to the public. So why hasn't he done it yet? Maybe because he's bluffing and just trying to create a case to postpone the election and cause a rumor-based scandal for Obama that could affect his numbers?

No, he didn't.

It's up to Obama to meet the test, not up to us to prove he doesn't qualify Constitutionally. Obama has stonewalled and refused to give proof, all he's shown is a poor copy on some website, and that was only of a "record of birth" which was "filed on" and not "accepted on" in Hawaii.

Not a birth certificate

not even a copy. If so, tell me the doctor who delivered him and the hospital and any witness signatures or attending nurse signatures. Typically there are also inked footprints on many birth certificates, even back then.

Sorry, I think it is....

What's wrong with this?

The document is a "certification of birth," also known as a short-form birth certificate. The long form is drawn up by the hospital and includes additional information such as birth weight and parents' hometowns. The short form is printed by the state and draws from a database with fewer details. The Hawaii Department of Health's birth record request form does not give the option to request a photocopy of your long-form birth certificate, but their short form has enough information to be acceptable to the State Department. We tried to ask the Hawaii DOH why they only offer the short form, among other questions, but they have not given a response.

It doesn't look like he or anybody) can legally get anything else.

this is part two
by James Denison / October 27, 2008 7:49 PM PDT

It has the better part, but you can find and view part one also. The most telling part is the blank certificate that had an errant dot which then also appeared on the "fake" birth certificate Obama posted on his website. This will not end here, it will just become an ever more strident chorus of demands that his birth circumstances be proven. Oh,his parents were not married under US law since his father was already married and that would have been bigamy, so in actuality Barack was born out of wedlock too.

There are too many questions about his birth, his Indonesian adoption and citizenship, who actually impregnated his mother, etc. that MUST be settled.

Berg filed the lawsuit

This judge got cold feet about it and looked for some way to get out of it, that's all. Now it goes higher, if the appeal is accepted. If not, then a class action suit will probably ensue, and that will be more than just Berg claiming "injury".

Not to worry, James
by Angeline Booher / October 26, 2008 3:13 AM PDT

There are enough around who think like you do that he might not make it until sworn in, if he wins, or very far into his administration.

It's only a baby step from "socialist" to "communist", and that congressman from Florida has already taken that step.

That's probably going t be the one that does him in, because the real Americans care more about that than they do his birth certificate, or didn't you get the memo?

Going to use the US armed forces to do that, James?

Is the nation going to be under martial law?

Will there be tanks on the streets?

Bombers loaded with nuclear missiles to take out the patriots and minute men that have been armed and waiting for years for such an opportunity as this?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
