Ben Carson addresses political experience concerns

”You are absolutely right — I have no political experience. The current Members of Congress have a combined 8,700 years of political experience. Are we sure political experience is what we need?”

The Washington Post has already blasted him for being incorrect about the writers of the constitution as also being without such experience but, if partially true or untrue, I don't see that as disqualifying the entire piece as having no value. That our current group has as much experience as they do but can't even seem to come to terms on much of anything is a far more important statement, IMO. If nothing else, I think this country needs to listen to this man and pay attention to his demeanor. We need more of that and less screaming and shouting at one another.

PS. I scoured the internet for other sources of this message. I don't know this source and I suspect some folks will so let it be an exercise in tolerance if that's the case. Happy
