Last night I attempted to contact Bell South.net's dial-up tech support concerning some dial-up issues; haven't had to contact them in over a year.
Well my first attempt last night ended up in my call being routed to a call center in India; yes India; my second call got routed to the Phillipines (sp?).
I've heard of outsourcing of jobs by many U.S. companies to overseas call centers but Bell South's now doing it?
I wasn't about to try to explain my dial-up connection problems to "John" who said when I asked that he was in India. "John" I'm sure wasn't his real name; instead it was more than likely Rasheed.
Anyone else in this forum use Bell South for their internet service and have recently experienced similar problems when contacting Bell South.net's tech support?
I attempted several times to get someone in the U.S. with Bell South.net but everytime I called my calls either went to India or to the Phillipines (sp?). I attempted to make all of my calls after 10:00 p.m., CST.
