Belkin N 4 port switch and wireless router

Cant get this router to download steady thru my Wildblue satellite connection..
this isnt the N+.. just the regular Belkin N which has 4 ethernet ports as well as wireless... anyone have any info on this issue.. like setting it up in a specific way to avoid problems etc... thanks

No one seems to get satellite to do well. Adding a router may complicate it further! One idea is to disable the wifi on the router.

my Wildblue works fine with ethernet..... always has.. didnt know routers suck with satellite.... I guess I will keep it for a future wired ISP like cable
that will never be available in my rural locations.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
