The usual first steps

Get to know your devices by reading instructions. Your HP PC appears to be a desktop model. Do you know if it has a wireless network device installed? If not, you do that first. If it does, you will first be plugging things in using Ethernet to get them set up to communicate over wireless. No step by step can be offered without knowing more about your hardware and, even then, your knowledge of what you have and want to do will be imperative.
