She's on a voluntary blood and urine testing program that is more stringent than the mandated ones; she says she anticipated one obvious reaction to her success.

She wore a sleeveless dress which showed off her arms and shoulders on the show last night. Wow !

I know she is in the middle of training right now, aiming to be at her peak physical fitness by the time Beijing rolls around. Her physic was absolutely massive. She looked like a pro wrestler... not that there is anything wrong with that. I could have heard it wrong but I think she mentioned that right now she was swimming something like 60,000 meters a day right now.

She did mention that at her age, something she had to make allowances for, in her strategy, was recovery time between races. The days after a big meet, she says she feels run over by "a freight train".

I wish her luck at the games, and hopes she fares well under the intense scrutiny of the officials and the media.
