Behavioral Health Billing Software Recommendations

Any Behavioral Health practitioners out there who use billing or documentation software? My wife and I are LCSW's and want to do our own billing. We are not particularly dazzled by Therapist Helper and are wondering what other folks are using. A system that would provide progress notes and treatment plans would be nice also, but the main thing is billing.
