I have very few contacts outside of the U.S., and none in Iran. Have you called to ask about having your unit fixed? If not, try contacting Samsung here:
Is the objection that you want the set replaced? Or that it can't or won't be fixed? I know after a certain period, authorized resellers won't take the product back, but the unit can be fixed within the warranty.
I've bought a PS-50B650 about two month ago form the official reseller of samsung in Iran and it had no image as Samsung's technician set it up.
However samsung refused to change it and tells that might just fix it!!!
They have shown no respect, no resposibility ever since then.
I have already mentioned this in another thread.
This was my second PS-50B650 and the first one has also got some problems.
I suggest everyone to be careful about buying Samsung Plasma in Iran.
