BD Player Firmware update action

I have a BD-P3600. After updating to firmware after 1.03 the wi-fi streaming connectivity is unstable. Many others have experienced this issue and it has been reported numerous times in various firmware update threads over the past few months. To date, I am aware of only one acknowledgment of the issue by the Samsung moderator here.

Given that the last update was in October and there is no communication regarding forthcoming resolution of this issue, I have no confidence that Samsung leadership is genuinely aware of the problem. That is, problems here are reported bottom-up. I believe it is also time for top-down communication of the issue to corporate leadership.

From Samsung's website: "Creativity, collaboration and excellence are the hallmarks of leadership at Samsung." It is time for the to convert these buzzwords into genuine action for customer service and cutomer retention.

Please join me in sending a personal letter describing your BD player firmware problem. I am writing the following two individuals at the address noted below:

Chang-Soo Choi, Chief Executive Officer
Tim Baxter, President
