Resolved Question

BD-P4600

So I have been looking everywhere, and supposedly this model supports netflix. I just recently got a subscription for it, but can not find this app any where on my Blue ray player. All it has is you tube. I can't even find a spot to look for the app or anything like that either.

Yes I did buy it in Canada, I live there lol. It is all up to date. Because I am in Canada and got the player here as well, It does not have Netflix? I can play it fine on game consuls and my computer.

Thanks to both R. Profitt and Samsung_HD_Tech. I bought the DVD player when it was first launch which was back in 2009 so that answers a lot. Guess will have to go the other route. Thanks both of you guys for taking the time to answer or help with the problem!!!
