What version of the firmware are you using? If it's v9.2 you are in a world of hurt like many others were for the past few months. All BluRay Disks from WB and Universal (I think) stopped working. First Samsung recommended downgrading your Firmware to the Previous version which they made available to us on their support web site. A week or two ago they released v12.2 which fixed these issues for me. Last week it wasn't available for live "Over the Internet" download, but it may be now. I'd recommend getting it from the support site and popping it on a USB stick (remember to unzip first). This method is so much faster than the live update.
Hope this helps,

I have a BD-P3600 player. I got the first season of the TV show "Glee" on BluRay yesterday and I keep getting the message "searching for signal" on my TV screen. Then after a long time of the signal searching, I get a message on my TV about the BluRay DVD using the latest technology before the player again stops playing and starts "searching for signal" again shows on my TV screen. Sometimes the display on the p;ayer says "menu" or "00:00." I was able to get to the DVD main menu once after trying to play the DVDs several times and then when I hit "play," it locked up and it took me a while to get the DVD out of the player. Similar results will all the DVDs in the set. I do have the latest firmware.
PLEASE help!
