BD-P1500 blu-ray player

I did a firmware update using the internet conection. After finished, the blu-ray player not working, the display shows 'LOAD' all the time and the player do not read he disc. I need help! I'm lost my sansung player?

Try the old hold down the FF button reset.

Sorry, but i did not understand. I tried to hold the FF button player. Nothing hapenned. Could you explain detailed. I'll do that using the player or using the remote control?

It's a common reset and if you don't find any other reset in the manual you call it in. Since you can try the player as well as the remote, I think it's enough detail for now.

I tried to follow your suggestion, but I have a problem: When I turn it on(power) the blu-ray player, the display shows "LOAD" and not "NO DISC". So,the player is freeze in "LOAD". Nothing happens!! I couldn't reset the player. I Couldn't do anything.

Sadly it sounds broke.

The FF button is on many units the reset. I did not go get the manual since I had hoped you would try it before we went further.

At this point it looks like service is required. Try to find the contact numbers.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
