BD-F5500/ZX PLAYER FIRMWARE

I was looking for BD-F5500/ZX firmware downgrade, is there a released firmware to do this?

My BDs firmware is BSP-F5500WWB-1003.0,

Main reason, having problems with DTS streaming, non compatible with my DTS decoder system.

Thanks for your message! But just so you know, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Samsung Latin America. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Thats Right DH Tech, the only issue is that i just cant get info from EC dealers, so i've tried to get a firmware all over samsung worldwide but no success, so u may guide me how to get downgraded the firmware to its original or an older one?

Hi RBISSUED,

I'm sorry. I wouldn't have a source for that. Also, because I noted that I didn't state this above, Samsung devices cannot have their firmware rolled back. So you'd not be asking them for an older firmware: you'd likely need your unit serviced.
